Petroserv was founded in 1972 by Tobias Cepelowicz and Roberto Jessourun, who have been working in the Oil and Gas Industry since 1960. Leveraging the extensive experience of its founders, the company initially focused on the commercialization of equipment and services. Over the years, it has solidified and expanded its expertise in key areas, including the manufacturing of drilling and oil production equipment, drilling and production rig operations, and related services.

Since its inception, Petroserv has played a significant role in various aspects of business development with Petrobras, achieving considerable success in anticipating Petrobras’ needs for offshore drilling and production units, as well as identifying equipment compatible with those requirements.
