The partner of the law office Kincaid | Mendes Vianna Advogados, Godofredo Mendes Vianna,will be one of the speakers in the event “Second National Congress on Maritime, Port and Customs Law of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), that will be held on October 31st and November 1st , in Vitória, Espírito Santo.
The event will count with the participation of the lawyer Godofredo Mendes Vianna as speaker, on the 31st of October, where he will address the theme “Arrest of Vessels and Case Law”. On November 1st, the event will also count with the participation of the Kincaid | Mendes Vianna´s lawyer Flávio Bermudes Damaceno, who will be one of the debaters of the theme “Contemporary Issues in Maritime Charter Contracts”.
This purpose of the Congress organized by the Commissions of Maritime, Port and Customs Law is to contribute for the improvement, perfection, and dissemination of the Maritime, Port and Customs law, with reduction of risks in the maritime, port and foreign trade activities, by means of the qualification of lawyers, students and professionals involved in these areas.
